Founded as a vital subsidiary of Chr. Demetriades & Co Ltd, P. Demetriadou & Co Ltd has amassed extensive experience in automobiles and spare parts for over 50 years, serving as the sole representatives of Daihatsu Motors Japan from 1963 to 2012. Over the years, we have established business relationships with Piaggio Italy, Polski Fiat Poland, and Kubota Japan.

It also served as a holding Company for a rich portfolio of real estate assets. This portfolio, amassed over the years through astute investments and ventures, spans both the commercial and residential sectors.

However, P. Demetriadou & Co Ltd is transitioning and with a robust foundation, we are now branching out on our own, carving a distinct identity.

As we set our sights on the future, we aim to not only develop and optimize our existing real estate assets but also diversify by becoming a holding company of the other business interests of our owner. Our commitment is twofold.
